Welcome.  If you are interested in developing your mind and body into a cohesive unit you may have found your home.  Brazilian jiu jitsu and personal training at Aqueous are based around the principles of physical movements and cognitive ability being of equal importance and that development of both can be achieved at the same time.  One of the most important aspects of training at Aqueous is that everyone should be having fun while we are training.  If we are not enjoying what we are doing we will eventually stop our training.  Bjj is a practice of trying to have your body and mind in complete unison working towards a desired outcome (envision playing chess with your body).   Whether you are training bjj, or involved in a fitness class, we will be incorporating the same principles to develop your whole body.  Come and see what it is like to have fun while you are developing your body and mind.
